KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by assisting the operations team with sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Proactively fill open positions with urgency and efficiency.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews on a daily basis.
  • Understand and adhere to the hiring requirements of our primary clients.
  • Manage phone communications, data entry, and documentation as needed.
  • Streamline the application process by providing necessary support.
  • Conduct all pre-employment procedures in accordance with company policies and client specifications.
  • Accurately document candidate information and payroll data in staffing software.
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service and quality metrics.
  • Generate candidate referrals to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Share best practices in recruiting with colleagues.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Senior Staffing Manager regarding tasks, suggestions, and any concerns.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Basic math skills for data handling.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in HR or staffing is preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability to changing demands. The standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility based on business needs.
