WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Confirm accuracy of material information on spool drawings

Input material line items into JDE system

Release spools to production when all material line items are available

Issue Work orders when required

Address material shorts daily

Check/update weight and surface area fields on spool sheets

Maintain filing system

Assist with material reconciliations at job closeouts

Requisition material shorts as needed

Update statuses in JDE as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:**

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Preferred

Experience: 2-3 Years of Experience in Pipe Fabrication Field

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards

Certification/Licenses: None specifically required

Other Requirements: Knowledge of Piping Materials (Visual and Descriptions)
