Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can independently create and manage engaging social media content, lead our marketing initiatives, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms

Plan and execute marketing campaigns with minimal supervision

Handle incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service

Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and data entry

Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies

Assist in organizing company events and meetings

Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing efforts

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar role

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to implement them independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, or similar; additional qualifications in marketing or administration are a plus
