Role Overview
The successful candidate will become a vital member of the Enterprise Capital Management Technology team. A comprehensive understanding of regulations in the Capital Markets domain, including Basel, CRR, and CRD IV, is essential. The team is currently engaged in multiple initiatives as they embark on a technological transformation aimed at enhancing capabilities for data ingestion, rules authoring execution, and analytical functions. These projects necessitate the expertise of highly technical business analysts to facilitate the transition from several outdated platforms within treasury technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users to assess project progress and requirements.
- Support various teams in understanding and implementing regulatory programs.
- Contribute to the replacement of legacy systems with modern solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role.
- Proficiency in reading and comprehending Python code.
- In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets regulations, including Basel IV, CRR, CRD IV, and FRTB.
- Familiarity with SQL programming, ideally within Oracle Exadata.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $60 to $65, with exact compensation dependent on various factors such as skills, experience, and education.
