Overview:
Investigates, negotiates and concludes by settlement or denial small First Party or clear liability Third Party claims through telephone and email contact. The individual in this position will also ensure claims are processed within company policies, procedures, and individual's prescribed authority with exceptional standards of performance. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Willing to train candidates that demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
