We are currently looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships with established enterprise clients. Working closely with sales, marketing, and delivery leaders, you will drive growth across all aspects of the client relationship. This includes introducing thought leadership, creating winning proposals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to expand Accellor's presence in existing accounts.

This role is based in the Seattle Area and requires approximately 15% travel to client locations, industry events, conferences, company offsites, and meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Own revenues, operating margin, customer satisfaction, and employee growth and development for assigned accounts
  • Be accountable for measurable revenue and profit growth within set timelines
  • Drive profitable growth by identifying and overseeing the closure of new, renewal, and expansion opportunities
  • Review performance metrics of accounts with delivery, operations, and finance teams on a regular basis
  • Participate in senior management reviews for account performance metrics
  • Collaborate with multiple service lines, practice & delivery leadership, and marketing to define and execute growth plans for accounts
  • Ensure execution and customer satisfaction for all service lines within the assigned accounts
  • Actively drive execution of the innovation agenda for assigned client accounts
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a client-facing role or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting, preferably working with clients in the high-tech vertical
  • Proven experience leading and managing diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong understanding of the global service delivery model, preferably with a delivery/consulting background, and ability to articulate and present technical solutions to clients
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining C-level, EVP/SVP, and VP-level relationships
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and work effectively in a multi-dimensional matrix structure
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domains, technology, and service solution domains
  • Strategic thinking, planning skills, and the confidence to navigate complex challenges
  • Excellent executive presence and gravitas, with demonstrated thought leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and client management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; MBA preferred

Pay Transparency & EEO

At Accellor, we believe in equitable compensation. The base salary for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 with additional annual performance bonuses aligned with defined client satisfaction and revenue growth metrics. The actual pay will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range is subject to change.
