Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to: - Coordinating diverse activities and interacting with various organizational units. - Dealing with highly confidential and organizationally sensitive matters. - Receiving and screening visitors. - Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements. When you join Cleveland Clinic, you'll be part of a supportive caregiver family that will be united in shared values and purpose to fulfill our promise of being the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare.Responsibilities:Provides administrative support for executive level managers.Coordinates diverse activities, interacts with various organizational units, utilizes conflict resolution and deals with highly confidential and organizationally sensitive matters.Receives and screens visitors while answering telephone calls then uses independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.Prepares and supervises the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications.Schedules and coordinates; meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.Maintains assigned calendar(s). Originates, prepares, processes and edits personnel, financial or operational reports and documents.Other duties as assigned.Education: High School Diploma or GED.Four years of college and/or business school preferred; specialized training in desktop office software preferred.Certifications: None plexity of Work:Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Work Experience: Minimum five years experience in a medical, commercial or industrial environment that included the coordination of diverse activities, interaction with various organizational units, conflict resolution and dealing with highly confidential and organizationally sensitive matters.May require a minimum typing proficiency of 65 wpm with accuracy.Physical Requirements:Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and other office equipmentAbility to communicate and exchange accurate informationPersonal Protective Equipment:Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $20.77Maximum hourly: $31.68The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
