Role Overview:

We are seeking visionary and strategic C-Suite professionals to join our Board of Directors. As key members of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in guiding the direction of our organization, overseeing key areas such as finance, operations, and strategic development. This is a unique opportunity for seasoned professionals to join a visionary organization at its inception and help shape its future trajectory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide high-level oversight and direction in your respective domain (e.g., CFO, COO, CMO, etc.).
  • Decision-Making: Collaborate with other Board members to make critical decisions that will shape the future of EarnerTainment Co-op.
  • Governance: Contribute to the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor emerging leaders within the organization to foster growth and development.
  • Communication: Act as a key representative for the organization, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all Board activities.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a senior executive or board-level role, preferably within a corporate or high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven track record of success in your area of expertise (finance, operations, marketing, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Passion for the Creative Arts or innovative business models is a plus.
