A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a team to promote desired company growth. You will book service appointments and do whatever is necessary to exceed customer satisfaction. This position requires dedication, reliability, and consistency. You'll be converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments by delivering call scripts with an authentic cadence; being clear, compelling and personable. You'll also respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting our brand with the utmost professionalism, establishing customer rapport, and encouraging repeat business. You will do all this by maintaining and updating the customer database with complete and accurate information. Time will be spent managing Review Buzz with DSR to ensure timely customer reviews as well as managing video copy and filing procedures for timely retrieval and review. What you Need to be Qualified for this Job Some experience in a customer service role is preferred. Also needed is the ability to navigate all components of Microsoft Office with confidence, building spreadsheets, typing word documents, etc. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn new phone scripts and apply the scripts in real time and will have the ability to understand business acumen, cost per call, call prioritization, etc. Candidate should also have a High School Diploma or GED.
