About the Job:

As a Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations, you'll play a key role in managing our compensation and benefits programs and ensuring data accuracy in our HR tech stack, including Workday and Shareworks. You'll collaborate with various teams and leverage your analytical skills to deliver valuable insights that support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Support periodic pay equity studies.
  • Partner with leadership and HR/Legal/Finance to manage stock & equity programs and grant guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain HR analytics dashboards to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as an HRIS administrator. Regularly analyze HRIS data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution. Update job profiles, compensation bands, benefit plans, and manage open enrollment and compensation process in Workday to ensure data accuracy.
  • Document all modifications and HRIS processes, and drive best-practice processes.
About You:

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs: This includes knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in compensation design.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform HR decisions: Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is essential.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday: You should be comfortable navigating and administering HR data within an HRIS system.
  • Project management experience: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders is crucial.

  • Experience with legal and compliance considerations related to compensation and benefits at a public company is a plus.
