    Job Description



  • Compensation Strategy Support:
    Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and regulatory compliance.


  • Benefits Administration:
    Oversee the day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks, ensuring timely enrollment and resolution of employee inquiries.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and recommend adjustments where necessary. Prepare reports for senior management on salary structures, market trends, and budget impacts.


  • Compliance Management:
    Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly those relevant to the financial services sector.


  • Employee Communication:
    Develop clear communication materials to explain compensation and benefits programs to employees, providing guidance and addressing any questions.


  • Process Improvement:
    Assist in reviewing and improving existing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the financial services sector.Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws.Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
