Serves as the Trauma Coordinator, insuring compliance with requirements. •Orients new staff and coordinates activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service connected to Simply the Best Standards. Additional info: Facility is acute care hospital under 50 beds and not for profit. They have 6 ER beds and the person will oversee about 15-20 staff members including the advanced providers who practice in the ER.
