Responsibilities:
Initiate meaningful engagements with potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service throughout.
Diligently follow up on warm leads to nurture prospects effectively.
Cultivate enduring client relationships, adeptly discerning their requirements and offering customized solutions.
Collaborate closely with sales management to meet objectives and refine the sales strategy.
Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Willingness to obtain requisite insurance licensing, with our full support.
While experience in financial services is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
A self-motivated individual with an unwavering determination to achieve success.
This role operates on a commission-only basis.
Commitment to a full-time position demanding your undivided dedication.
