Business Development Representative

As a full-time BDR, you will serve a critical role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for engaging in outbound sales campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone for payroll services, payroll administration, and financial services.

What you'll do:-

Outbound prospecting - Systematically call (80+ calls/day) and email prospects to discover sales opportunities and drive conversation Meet or exceed monthly quota and goals of leads contacted and Opps attended. Detailed and consistent use of CRM (HubSpot) with emphasis on lead process and development Understand and effectively communicate our value propositions Work closely with the Marketing Researcher who will be identifying and qualifying leads for you.

Qualities you possess:-

BS/BA or related field 1-3 years of inside sales, cold calling, and emailing sales experience Be passionate about sales with high energy and a desire to learn and grow personally and professionally Track record of meeting and exceeding professional goals, quotas, and KPIs. A professional and engaging demeanor via phone, email, and in person. Superior tenacity and objection-handling skills Experience in relationship development and opportunity identification Ability to learn/understand and articulate our services and value propositions Strong organizational and time management skills Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Ability to call into different industries A person who is goal-oriented, detailed, creative, passionate, motivated, disciplined, and positive Demonstrate proficiency in the use of technology, MS Office applications, HubSpot, Slack, and other internal systems.
