Sales Enablement Analyst

Responsibilities:
•Develop tailored content for the sales team.
•Utilize market research and input to ensure enablement content is updated and organized.
•Collaborate with the marketing /product teams to ensure precise alignment of messaging with sales resources.
•Identify inefficiencies in sales processes/ performance, proposing remedies for enhancement.
•Oversee the development of partner training and territory sales strategies.
•Keep abreast of sales enablement advancements (resources, trends, technologies) to optimize team capabilities.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree, preferred.
•5+ years of expertise in managing sales programs.
•Solid understanding of the sales process specific to technical/engineered solutions.
•Salesforce proficiency.
