Who You Are

At Sila, you will be a part of our world-class research, engineering and manufacturing teams focused on accelerating innovation in next-generation lithium ion battery materials.

You are a motivated, agile, results-oriented end-to-end ERP techno-functional expert who will closely collaborate with all stakeholder teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, PTP (Procure-to-Pay), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Warehouse & Inventory Management, Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP), and Platform & Security. You are responsible for driving scope alignment, analysis and proposing optimized business processes, defining test strategy/test cases, and being a liaison between business & technical teams including internal & 3rd party system integrator teams. Your role is critical to ensure scalability & reliability of the ERP system as well as seamless integrations with other operational applications & data warehouse(s) in Sila's ecosystem.

You bring extensive functional/domain knowledge of end-to-end ERP processes (preferably manufacturing domain) in medium to large settings with a good understanding of technical aspects & latest technology offerings in the ERP area.

Location: on-site preferred, hybrid/remote considered

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Establishing ERP scope via business process analysis, requirements engineering & prepare functional specifications and design process flows
  • Configuring ERP applications, testing & validation, enable development teams by establishing & documenting clear requirements, provide timely test data, facilitate user testing & deployment to Production system
  • Proactively identifying potential issues,design challenges & align on dependencies
  • Design interfaces with minimal failure points, user-friendly functionalities, dashboarding data & analytical needs
  • Provide Hypercare support, solutionize production support incidents & prepare training documentation & train end-users
  • Performing unit, integrated & regression tests aiming to catch & resolve maximum issues to optimize performance & user experience
  • Adhering to company policies and industry regulations
  • Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, industrial/manufacturing engineering or similar preferred
  • Experience with Sage X3, SAP or similar ERP SaaS, preferably in manufacturing
  • At least 8+ years experience as an end-to-end ERP specialist/SME
  • Solution Architect experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, Databases, Platform & Security
  • Apply Agile software development methodologies to maximize value delivery – collection of user stories, organization of sprints, tracking of projects, iteration with stakeholders, etc
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, persuasive and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, copier/printer, etc in a fixed location

The starting base pay for this role is between $126,000 and $160,000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila's competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
