Sales Enablement Analyst

ISCs Executive Recruiters have been retained by a leading energy management company on a Sales Enablement Analyst opportunity. This exciting role is pivotal in shaping sales strategy and empowering the team to achieve extraordinary results.


Responsibilities:

Develop tailored content for the sales team.

Utilize market research and input to ensure enablement content is updated and organized.

Collaborate with the marketing /product teams to ensure precise alignment of messaging with sales resources.

Identify inefficiencies in sales processes/ performance, proposing remedies for enhancement.

Oversee the development of partner training and territory sales strategies.

Keep abreast of sales enablement advancements (resources, trends, technologies) to optimize team capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, preferred.

5+ years of expertise in managing sales programs.

Solid understanding of the sales process specific to technical/engineered solutions.

Salesforce proficiency.
