Job Responsibilities Lead & Support Business growth strategy through Marketing Activities Work closely with Marketing Head and formulate Marketing Campaigns for product launches & brand promotions. Conduct marketing campaign audits Support sales team to achieve their objectives by providing relevant product information, organizing trainings, etc. Conduct mechanical meetings through our channel partners in the specified regions. Meet with existing dealers and maintain business relationships. Identify, analyze, and appoint new dealers in new markets. Create and maintain market intelligence database obtained through extensive market research and feedback. Develop strategy for individual markets together with the sales team. Organize marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.) for planned marketing activities. Provide market feedback for the R&D to improve existing products and NPD. Education and Experience: B.E or MBA or any equivalent qualification. 4-6 years of industry experience preferably in the Agri or industrial pumps. Skills and Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role must be: Willing to travel 30% to 40% of the time visiting customers. Proactive, assertive, and highly self-motivated. Good planning and organizing skills, problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and analytical skills. Integrity on the job, team working capability, and active listening skills.
