Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Sales Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of equipment ordering, tracking, delivery coordination, and invoicing for all branch locations. What You'll Do: Ensure accuracy of orders and coordinate freight for deliveries. Receive new equipment and coordinate with Service Departments for prep and installation. Collaborate with Branch Rental Coordinators to check equipment for accuracy and damage. Approve vendor invoices and input them into the system. Maintain stock, sales order, and invoicing logs. Perform daily billing functions as equipment is delivered. Communicate order status with vendors, salespeople, service departments, and customers. Relay information from OEMs to the sales team and sales managers. Process demonstration requests, retail lease documents, and equipment shipments. Generate daily activity reports. Prepare and coordinate delivery paperwork and equipment transfer between branches. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or tech school graduate preferred. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Prior experience in a service-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage and coordinate sales activities. Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and professional communication are a must. Core Competences: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
