This leader will be responsible for a team of people that directly manage these areas and programs with and for the wholesale digital journey, product, and design teams. The leader will need to have excellent collaboration and partnership skills, working with other product and commercialization teams to build and execute on the vision for these areas. Develop and manage core Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure and improve client satisfaction and delight with these touchpoints.

Digital Change Management - In partnership with our client and product commercialization teams, build out and enhance our wholesale digital model and approach for change management. Design processes and best practices and develop the right cadences to support communication and change management for feature releases and platform migration events, manage an overall client impact view/calendar across digital efforts, and develop OKRs and KPIs to measure and evaluate change impact. Most importantly, be 'fiercely empathetic' to client impact and ensure that we have the right level of engagement, communication, and tools to help clients manage through change.

Stakeholder Engagement - Build out model for engaging and communicating with the steering leaders for wholesale digital. Create ongoing communication model and engagement forums with key line partners in relationship management, sales, onboarding, and service.

Team Success - Help establish and promote the key aspects of our wholesale digital team culture. Help identify and lead opportunities for teammate upskilling and training, especially around ways they can build client empathy and understanding.
