As we grow we are looking for a smart, hard working and highly motivated individual to grow with us.


Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant at HCP Talent:

  • As a recruiter, you will source niche, senior-level candidates and see them through the entire hiring process.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
  • Manage the process from interview through offer stage.
  • Be prepared to make 75-100 Sales & Recruiting Calls a day

Qualifications:

  • Ambitious and motivated to achieve results
  • At least 1 year of B2B Sales Experience
  • Display a strong interest in business development and sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
