Performance Metrics:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement.


Candidate Experience:
Analyze feedback and data related to the candidate experience, ensuring that applicants have a positive interaction with the company.


Technology Utilization:
Utilize recruitment tools and software to streamline data collection and reporting processes.


Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and align with industry best practices.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment analytics or a similar data-focused role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, HRIS, ATS).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices.
