Full-Time Contact Center Rep

This Contact Center Rep position starts at $15.00/hour. FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time banking position works 40 hours per week and requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional meetings at 8:00 AM on Tuesdays, and rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTACT CENTER REP
As a Contact Center Rep, you are one of a team of three who cheerfully support our members mostly by phone, but also through online messaging and email. You work together in an office on the upper level of our Brigham branch. You take the time to really listen to our members' needs and help them with a wide variety of requests, which means you get to learn a lot about different areas of the credit union You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our members. With professionalism and care, you help solve problems and perform account maintenance, as well as provide information about our credit union and the banking services we offer. You perform routine financial transactions such as account transfers and loan payments with efficiency and accuracy. You take pride in contributing to our success by treating those you serve as people, not numbers
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONTACT CENTER REP
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (banking and/or contact center experience preferred)
- Proficient in math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
