  • Dissatisfied with any revenue performance not exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exemplify and evangelize the companys vision, mission, and strategic direction.
  • Increase revenue by increasing productivity, penetration, and program expansion.
  • Leverage the use of relevant data, metrics, and drills to monitor leads, sales activity, and revenue pipeline creating sustainable profitable growth.
  • Create a framework to execute strategic goals & innovative objectives while engaging in agile practices on assigned accounts.
  • Monitor relevant operating metrics that provide insight into assigned accounts performance and provide development tools and counseling to increase performance.
  • Continuously develop and train your assigned general agents, to enhance their skills in effectively delivering our unique value proposition.
  • Develop a keen ability to detect and identify obstacles that may hinder performance and employ creative problem-solving techniques to effectively resolve these issues.
  • Be able to use proactive actions when necessary to achieve the mission and be a master of ?nesse when called for.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively close deals by actively driving results and engaging with assigned accounts to achieve desired outcomes.

IQ

  • Associates/BA degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer relationship management role preferable.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding in top industry tools.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and fast acting, make it happen" skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
  • Ability to interpret policies, contracts, and other written technical information.
  • Expertise in utilizing CRM and key account planning tools to manage and grow the business
