Customer Success Executive

We’re on the hunt for a confident, self-managing Customer Success Executive who can run with a 98th percentile team. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our mission growing the business.

- Increase revenue by increasing productivity, penetration, and program expansion.
- Leverage the use of relevant data, metrics, and drills to monitor leads, sales activity, and revenue pipeline creating sustainable profitable growth.
- Create a framework to execute strategic goals & innovative objectives while engaging in agile practices on assigned accounts.
- Monitor relevant operating metrics that provide insight into assigned accounts performance and provide development tools and counseling to increase performance.
- Continuously develop and train your assigned general agents, to enhance their skills in effectively delivering our unique value proposition.
- Develop a keen ability to detect and identify obstacles that may hinder performance and employ creative problem-solving techniques to effectively resolve these issues.
- Be able to use proactive actions when necessary to achieve the mission and be a master of finesse when called for.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively close deals by actively driving results and engaging with assigned accounts to achieve desired outcomes.

IQ
- Associates/BA degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer relationship management role preferable.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding in top industry tools.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and fast acting, “make it happen" skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
- Ability to interpret policies, contracts, and other written technical information.
- Expertise in utilizing CRM and key account planning tools to manage and grow the business
