OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking a Knowledge Manager / SharePoint Specialist at the Senior-level to support the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2), located on Fort Meade, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a Knowledge Management specialist by developing, implementing, and maintaining a collaboration of data to provide leadership with information to make informed decisions.
  • Aid the organization in creating, promoting and assisting with the use of internal knowledge management tools.
  • Integrate information from across organizations to facilitate and assist in the development and maintenance of the knowledge management strategic plan.
  • Identify Directorate-wide problems and provide analysis and recommendations to report with solutions and implementation strategies
  • Develop and implement repeatable processes for continual process improvement.
  • Assist in the development of best practices and performance measures.
  • Research and document sources of training.
  • Develop and present briefings to Command staff.
  • Post, edit, distribute, and maintain appropriate content on USCYBERCOM classified and unclassified website/portals.
  • Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure information captured and stored in locations accessible to various user groups.
  • Develop TTPs for coordinating the flow of information and work with USCYBERCOM training branches to periodically test these TTPs during exercises.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to sit for CI polygraph, if required.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience. 12 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
  • Experience developing and maintaining solutions in SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with computer programming languages including but not limited to HTML, CSS, Java.
  • Ability to manage processes and activities to support organizational communications, including correspondence preparation, distribution, suspense tracking, workflow management, electronic mail management, and content management.
  • Ability to produce high quality work, including independently and with a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
