About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Manager to join our Cybersecurity team at QinetiQ US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring clear task guidance, and tracking metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and fulfill emerging client requests, utilizing discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate elements that work best in their environment and areas for improvement.
  • Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production, utilizing centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems, and shaping workflow and processes.
  • Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data, and formal production and taskings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start date.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform administrative SharePoint duties, including development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries, troubleshooting of technical issues with SharePoint users, and ensuring proper access controls are utilized for operational security management.
  • Perform web application development duties, utilizing software development with multiple programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
  • SharePoint and web development shall be in support of the Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool.
  • Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Background Investigation is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Desired Education: Master's degree in a related field, or BA/BS and an additional 5 years of experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the MS.
