Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator needed for our client's Fort Lauderdale office

  • In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and enhancing the firm's knowledge assets, and ensuring that critical information is easily accessible.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and administrative skills, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to implement effective knowledge management strategies.

Knowledge Management Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with ready reference and research tasks, providing support as needed.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of KM tools, including content, organization and maintenance of databases, and other support.
  • Champion the use of Legal KM tools and resources. Assist with the implementation of communications strategies for legal KM priorities.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the KM department.
  • Handle monthly invoices accurately and in a timely manner, including Westlaw invoices, maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions.
  • Process Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requests, coordinating training sessions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage purchase requests for the legal department, ensuring timely procurement of necessary supplies and services.
  • Manage state, federal and local Bar Renewal requests, maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating timely renewals for attorneys.
  • Provide administrative support to legal staff, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, both internally and with external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
