We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to support and manage our team of Territory Managers and oversee brand relationships. The Regional Sales Director should focus on customer service to generate new business by identifying sales opportunities. This position reports to the VP of Sales to establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for their direct reports. It is a remote position with required travel to trade shows and to visit Territory Managers. Essential Functions: Improve business relationships by providing customer service, developing new client relationships, and advising on service and product options Manage Territory Managers, including training, performance management, leading team meetings, and assisting with order overflow Develop sales plans and goals for direct reports Review sales region and territory structures to optimize sales growth potential Assist in developing strategies to reach company growth goals and sales targets Understand client problems and challenges to better address their needs Assist with budget management and compile accurate reports Organize and manage sales meetings and trade show execution Work with Territory Managers and other Directors to grow business Other duties as assigned Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of sales management experience 3 years of management experience Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proven record of high-quality customer service Advanced written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Office365, Asana, Brandwise preferred Excellent time management skills and a track record of meeting goals
