JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing clerical support services in addition to providing, medical records, claim forms and EOBs as well as itemization of charges to external and internal entities such as insurance carriers and attorneys.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Performs various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying and scanning and indexing documents. Mail printing, tracking and distribution.
- Processes requests for medical records, EOBs, claim forms and itemized statements to designated business unit contact.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

- Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 3 years business office or related experience
