Job Description: As a Medicare Agent at Senior Benefits Agency, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. Your responsibilities will include: Taking inbound calls while selling Medicare advantage plans. Educating clients on Medicare plans and retirement protection options. Utilizing our state-of-the-art lead generation system to connect with potential clients. Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in selling life insurance products. Strong knowledge of various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using technology and software applications for insurance sales and client management. Former athletes, law enforcement or military are strongly encouraged to apply. Benefits Training Pay: $10/hour. We will cover your licensing and exam fees. You must pass the pre-licensing course in order to receive your training pay. This position will pay $20/hour PLUS commission. Commission is 20%. 40 Hours/week 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 Am to 7:00 PM. This job will offer a remote and in-office experience.
