Medical Call Center Representative

As a Medical Call Center Agent with Unity Health Network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our medical offices. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate information about their appointments, messages, and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and send messages to providers' offices
- Respond to patient inquiries and process communication within the electronic medical record system
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related medical office or medical assistant experience preferred
- Minimum of one to two years of customer service experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Light typing skills and knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to learn new computer systems and retrieve required data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
