Position Summary:

We are looking for a patient care coordinator to join our team We are looking for an adaptable individual as there will be cross training with front office support involved. Previous experience indirect sales (i.e. life insurance, business to business sales, club memberships, automobiles, real estate) preferred.

In this role, you will require a high level of organization and multitasking. You will be working closely and directly with patients taking histories, doing initial intakes and consultation, and explaining financials and care plans based on doctors recommendations. You will also be cross train to provide back up for general front office support including setting appointments in person and over the phone, answering and making phone calls, scheduling, and other front office work. You will be working with patients, so it is expected that you present yourself in a professional manner that positively represents our clinic.

We are looking for someone who is good with numbers with a direct sales background, who has been told they provide excellent customer service, understands numbers well, has great communication skills, and has good energy. This position has the potential to earn bonuses based on performance on top of base rate (after probationary period).
