Brief Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Ads management, and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing various digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and ultimately conversions. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • SEO Optimization:

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.

Optimize website content, meta-tags, and other on-page elements to enhance visibility and performance in search engine results pages (SERPs).

Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and provide recommendations for optimization.

  • Ads Management:

Develop and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

Create compelling ad copies, target audience segmentation, bid management, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • HubSpot Management:

Manage and maintain our HubSpot instance, including setting up email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows.

Segment contacts and manage lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the marketing funnel.

Utilize HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

  • Content Marketing:

Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimized content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

Assist in creating and distributing high-quality content across various channels to attract and engage our target audience.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, Ads management, and HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns, with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
