A full-service integrated ad agency that provides both creative and interactive services is in need of account representatives.  We are immediately seeking dynamic sales executives who are familiar with branding, social media marketing and/or public relations and their benefits in boosting a company’s visibility and even revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone who sees benefit in earning income while helping companies and individuals significantly increase or maximize their market potential.

This is a contract position offering a high commission and flexibility to work remotely. All candidates will be fully trained and provided regular support to develop superior competencies in marketing sales.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain close relations with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities, as well as to fulfill client needs more effectively.

2. Generate revenue by prospecting, determining need, and proposing solutions to close sales.

3. Be familiar with services, products, and staff functions in order to discuss and explain offerings to prospective clients.

4. Schedule appointments and visit potential clients (if necessary) to assess client needs and propose solutions.

5. Stay committed to learning more about the business and market needs by attending regular sales and/or training meetings.

6. Consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the company to ensure quality

7. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.

8. Promote services whenever possible through conventions, networking groups, etc.

9. Recommend new solutions and services by evaluating current company systems, identifying needs to be filled.

 

Requirements:

    * Proven skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships

    * Minimum 2 years of sales and/or account/project management experience

    * Extremely detail oriented

    * Technical competence (understand basic software, hardware)

    * Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

    * High level of initiative and self-motivated

    * Excellent written and oral communication skills

    * Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

    * Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

    * Undergraduate degree or high school diploma at minimum
