Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of accounts payable functions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
The Accounts Payable will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and will ensure timely and accurate processing
Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Prepare monthly client billing AIA (G702 & G703) in Billing Modules
Manage Subcontractors Payments and Prepare Cash Requirement Report to release Vendor and Sub's Payments
Oversee the maintenance of accounts payable records and generation and balancing of the transaction reports.
Ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of purchasing/payment documentation in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Facilitate payment of invoices due.
Monthly Billing Proofs
Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office (Sage, Timberscan +)
