Position Overview: As a Junior Account Executive at Carrera Advertising, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting the execution of advertising campaigns and initiatives for our esteemed clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the automotive advertising industry, working alongside seasoned professionals and contributing to the success of our clients' brands.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trafficking of Broadcast Spots: Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of all broadcast advertisements, ensuring timely and accurate placement according to client specifications.
  2. Digital Asset Management: Upload banners to websites and other digital platforms, maintaining consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
  3. Co-op Pre-Approval Process: Assist in the submission of advertising assets for co-op pre-approvals, adhering to guidelines set forth by manufacturers and regulatory bodies.
  4. Dealer Website Support: Facilitate the submission of co-op items for inclusion on dealer websites, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  5. Proofreading and Quality Assurance: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in proofreading advertising materials, verifying accuracy and consistency in content and formatting.
  6. Budget Management: Provide support in updating budget documents using Excel, assisting with tracking expenses and allocations for various campaigns and projects.
  7. Content Development: Contribute to scriptwriting and editing tasks, helping to refine messaging and storytelling elements for advertising campaigns.
  8. Project Coordination: Assist in project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with clients and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience or internship in advertising, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic agency setting.
