Job Description

Pramira is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to assist in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our employees with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Organize and distribute mail
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Maintain filing system
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Two or more years' experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


Additional Information

Pay range:$20-$24/hr DOE
