  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; Master's in HR Management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Labor relations and contract negotiation experience is a considerable advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Culture Champion
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through impartial investigations.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, disciplinary actions, and career development.
  • Improve employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention rates through collaborative efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements to mitigate risks.
Strategic Partnership
  • Partner with management to implement HR programs, training, workforce planning, and staffing.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Interpret and advise on HR policies as an expert resource for leadership and employees.
  • Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams on employee matters and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Development
  • Actively participate in full-cycle recruiting, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions to upskill employees and drive professional growth.
  • Oversee new hire orientations, immersing new talent in the company culture.
Safety and Compliance
  • Uphold safety standards through facility audits, incident investigations, and safety committees.
  • Ensure adherence to people-related policies, regulations, and company communications.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records for employee changes, transfers, terminations, etc.
Workers' Compensation Support
  • Assist in resolving workers' compensation claims for a timely return-to-work process.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and management on complex cases.
Multi-Site Support
  • Opportunity to provide HR business partner support across multiple sites in the SW Region.
  • You'll impact the employee experience across multiple manufacturing sites while advancing strategic HR objectives that drive business success.
