Our client is a regional food manufacturer and is currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist with a emphasized focus on Talent Acquisition, Interview Coordination, and full-cycle recruitment.It is required that this candidate is bilingual in English/Spanish to uphold the companies inclusive interview process, and give the employee the best chances at navigating a diverse talent pool of professional level candidates and hourly employees.Position Overview: We are searching for a results-oriented and people-focused Recruiter/HR Generalist to join our team in our Los Angeles office. In this role, you will play a key part in improving and managing various HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates for various positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment strategies.Organize engaging job fairs and other recruitment events.Conduct interviews with potential hires.Work closely with the HR, marketing, executive, and business development teams.Assist in other HR functions as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist position and/or full-cycle recruiting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using HR software and tools.bilingual (Spanish/English)#J-18808-Ljbffr
