Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add a Digital Customer Experience Analyst to join our team.

How You'll Help us Connect The World

The Digital Customer Experience Analyst liaises with marketing, other business stakeholders and IT to provide critical insights that highlight the digital priorities of our customers. This role is for a marketer who is highly comfortable using technology and data to optimize the user experience and provide compelling information that guides our efforts. The actions performed by this role are highly measurable and will continuously improve our user experience.

This role requires an individual who has a high comfort level and appreciation for data and how it drives the entire digital experiencewith the ability to distill this information into insights that are easily understood by a wide range of audiences. The ideal candidate possesses natural curiosity and tenacity, and is looking forward to working with a great, cohesive team with track record of excellence and a terrific team culture.

This mission-critical marketing expert will be a direct interface to our customers via our online voice of customer programmonitoring and actioning customer feedback. You will monitor Google Analytics and other tools to guide the digital team and help prioritize efforts.. This role will also support our SEO initiatives.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

* 2+ years of experience with data-driven analysis formulating insights that guide decision-making

* Proven experience working directly with internal customers to support their requirements

* Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools

* Bachelors degree or above, preferred in related curriculum such as Marketing, Engineering, Business or IT
