Position Overview:

The Documentation Control Specialist is responsible for providing documentation and configuration management support for all product releases and changes. The position will perform the responsibilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

The Documentation Control Specialist is responsible for providing documentation and configuration management support for all product releases and changes. The position will perform the responsibilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ECO’s are written correctly, are complete and accurate, and adhere to company standard practices.

  • Monitor ECO processes and their relationships to departments within the company.

  • Work with product teams to define configuration structures and changes to products.

  • Facilitate and monitor ECO changes as they progress through the Agile system.

  • Conduct Agile training for new employees

  • Approve new Oracle item requests.

  • Problem solve Oracle issues as requested.

  • Create and change ISO documents as requested via Agile or Sharepoint.

  • Send monthly review/approval reminders.

  • Conduct ISO Document training and support for Sharepoint as requested.

  • Support and maintain ISO 9001 certification through daily work activities.

  • Continuously pursue corrective and preventative measures on Entrust products and services.

  • Halt processes that could adversely affect product or service quality.

Basic Qualifications :

  • High School diploma

  • Minimum of (1) year of related documentation control experience

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree

  • Experience with Oracle EBS system

  • Experience with Agile PLM/PDM system
