About the role
Our Patient Experience Coordinator position is a unique opportunity for a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a polished presentation, and a caring, compassionate nature. We pride ourselves on being patient-focused and are seeking a person that will consistently go the extra mile for our loyal clientele. An ideal candidate is friendly, able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, dependable, an excellent communicator, works well in a team and has a penchant for wanting to be the best.
What you'll do
Our Patient Experience Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our patients. This individual maintains a positive, professional, attentive, and welcoming environment for patients at our reception desk. The Patient Experience Coordinatore also provides exemplary telephone service while addressing patient questions and needs.
In addition to these patient relationship responsibilities, the Patient Experience Coordinator effectively administers the day-to-day business operations of the practice including appointment scheduling, accepting payments, maintaining office equipment, and managing inventory of office supplies and retail products.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have prior medical practice and high-end customer service industry experience. It is acceptable to have one or the other, but they must possess a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
