Job Overview

MAB Community Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to participants with the goal of maximizing their capacity for personal growth and community membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and direction to other staff and assume charge responsibilities in the absence of the Residential Coordinator.
  • Attend required trainings and other meetings as requested.
  • Assist Residential Coordinator in developing and implementing the staff schedule.
  • Maintain regular communication with families, guardians, Health Care Providers, DDS, other caregivers, and agency representatives.
  • Assist with data collection, progress notes, and assessments in the implementation of ISPs to ensure that participants' goals are supported.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least one-year supervisory experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster healthy relationships with MAB participants and employees.
