Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing referrals, verifying insurance, and ensuring seamless patient onboarding. Key Responsibilities- Initiate the intake process, gathering relevant data from referral sources and completing necessary paperwork.
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as required.
- Complete start-of-care paperwork and ensure accurate patient information.
- Communicate with patients to confirm details and inform them of their financial obligations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10, and CPT codes.
- At least 2 years of previous intake experience, including eligibility and authorization.
