GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Sales Coordinator manages relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to contracting. KNOW HOW:

Exemplary contract negotiation skills are needed for the Sales Coordinator. The ability to create and present visual and oral presentations is necessary. Good math skills are needed to calculate and readjust during negotiations. Talents in public relations and interpersonal communications are needed to create personal connections that increase sales. PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES: Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to create a business plan and sales strategy for the market segments that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and needs. Research, solicit and generate new business and maintain current accounts. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. Create and conduct proposal written and verbal. Participate in trade shows or other promotional events to solicit new business. Participate in various sales and staff meeting. Interact and cooperate with all other departments. Any other duties as assigned. As a 24-hour operation all staff may be asked to work weekend, evening or night shifts and/or holidays in order to serve our members, guests, and program participants
