Position Overview

Join Thelen Auto Group as we seek to hire a dedicated full-time professional who embodies positivity, reliability, and energy. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks to fulfill the role of Internet Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from existing and prospective clients using a multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls for the service department
  • Manage, respond to, and distribute internet leads across the dealership group
  • Deliver exceptional customer service for all phone and online inquiries
  • Assist with photo operations, including editing and uploading images to the website
  • Maintain the customer database efficiently
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel, while managing multiple systems and dual screens
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM and photo editing software is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Capacity to sit at a computer and engage on the phone for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Availability for Monday through Friday shifts, with Saturday rotations required
  • Ability to converse and type concurrently
