KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Proactively seek out and cultivate solar and wind power projects, including identifying suitable rooftop locations such as factories in industrial zones, and securing investment partners.
  2. Develop comprehensive market and project development plans, engaging with potential partners and investors to drive project growth.
  3. Conduct surveys and gather market intelligence to assess rooftop suitability and project feasibility, providing detailed analysis reports.
  4. Collaborate with the Managing Director to establish work plans and development strategies for each project stage.
  5. Provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors on policy, strategy, and project development.
  6. Identify and pursue opportunities for new projects, including researching competitors and advising on procurement strategies.
  7. Develop and execute project development plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  8. Research the material market and solar device suppliers, proposing optimal long-term cooperation plans based on price and aftersales support.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience, with a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape or the electricity and renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in developing project proposals and leading business development efforts.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
  • Advanced skills in time management and task prioritization.
  • Fluency in both oral and written English.
  • Experience with 110kV is a plus.
