Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and development of new opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.

Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform business development strategies.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target new clients through proactive outreach and networking.

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Customize solutions based on client needs and market demands.

Revenue Growth:

Meet and exceed business development targets and revenue goals.

Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market share.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to business growth.

Networking:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional network.

Represent the company at business development and partnership discussions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of business development strategies and sales processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.

Familiarity selling SAAS products/solutions and effectively communicating the value/ROI

This position pays between $107,000 to $138,500 a year depending on experience and location.
