The role is being offered as fully on-site in the Atlanta, GA area with a competitive base salary ranging from $90k-$120k.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop category-sourcing strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives across various markets.
  • Conduct RFPs/RFIs, vendor sourcing, and negotiations to optimize supplier relationships.
  • Develop material and operational strategies through our vendor base to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure procurement processes adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or procurement in Construction related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing categories with annual spends exceeding $50 million.
  • Expertise in market analysis, vendor evaluation, and negotiation tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and supply chain management.
